About the Job:

This role involves providing public health nursing services to patients in various community and clinical settings. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for managing patient caseloads, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and promoting healthy behaviors within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive public health nursing services to patients in various community and clinical settings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Valid RN license.
  • 4+ years of experience in public health nursing.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
