Key Responsibilities:

As a Labor and Employment Attorney, you will be responsible for:
1. Delivering expert legal counsel on various labor and employment issues, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
2. Representing clients in labor disputes, including conducting thorough investigations and preparing legal documentation.
3. Drafting and negotiating employment agreements and collective bargaining contracts.
4. Engaging in legal research to remain informed about evolving labor law trends.
5. Collaborating with colleagues to devise effective strategies for complex legal challenges.
6. Educating clients on labor law matters through training sessions.
7. Supervising junior attorneys and support staff to ensure high-quality legal service delivery.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:
1. A Juris Doctorate from an accredited institution.
2. Admission to practice law in Florida and in good standing.
3. At least 3 years of litigation experience, specifically in labor and employment law.
4. Demonstrated experience as a lead attorney with significant trial involvement.
5. Comprehensive understanding of federal, state, and local labor regulations.
6. Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
7. Excellent analytical abilities and research skills.
8. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
9. A commitment to professionalism and ethical practice.
10. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
