Position Overview:

The Patient Services Coordinator (Front Desk Receptionist) plays a vital role in fostering relationships with new consultations and patients. This position requires a professional yet approachable demeanor to build trust and confidence with individuals. The role is full-time and necessitates weekend availability. The primary goal is to ensure that all patients and prospective patients receive exceptional attention and care during their interactions with the practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients upon arrival; answer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner.
  • Oversee the clinic's schedule and manage patient appointments; ensure the check-in process aligns with company protocols.
  • Establish, maintain, and organize medical records.
  • Ensure cleanliness and adequate supplies in the practice and work areas; notify management when supplies are running low.
  • Maintain a positive work atmosphere and contribute to a quality environment.
  • Assist in various operational tasks as directed by the Practice Manager.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk or administrative support role interacting with clients, patients, or vendors.
  • Familiarity with scheduling software (e.g., My Aesthetics Pro).
  • Experience handling patient charts and managing complex filing systems.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of calls, including directing calls, taking messages, and prioritizing incoming communications while attending to patients and vendors.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in G-Suite applications including Email, Calendar, Sheets, and Docs.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing care to customers/patients, preferably in a healthcare or service-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivated while also being a collaborative team player.
  • Availability for full-time work including weekends (Saturdays and/or Sundays as needed).
  • Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are preferred.
Benefits:

Compensation: $18-20/hr, commensurate with experience. This position is also eligible for a monthly bonus incentive (up to $500) in addition to the benefits outlined above.
