Senior Business Acquisition Executive

At Frontier Communications, we're building a team of talented professionals who share our passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Senior Business Acquisition Executive, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth and market share penetration within our Large Enterprise segment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage your consultative sales skills to build relationships with C-level executives and drive new customer growth within assigned target accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement effective business proposals that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Utilize your technical sales acumen to articulate client strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $130,000.
  • 20 PTO days + 10 paid holidays per year.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits.
  • A 401k match of 50% on 6% of eligible compensation.
  • 10 weeks of paid parental leave and up to $10k in adoption program assistance.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of business-to-business experience in Large Enterprise scale companies with a proven track record of success.
