We are seeking a skilled MandA Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the MandA process by analyzing financial data, conducting market research, and evaluating potential acquisition opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence on potential acquisitions, including valuation modeling, financial forecasting, and risk assessment.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to ensure alignment throughout the MandA process.
  • Analyze industry trends and market conditions to identify potential targets and strategic opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate the impact of acquisitions on overall business performance.
  • Assist in post-merger integration efforts, ensuring that strategic objectives are met and synergies are realized.

Professional Experience/Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in MandA, corporate finance, or business analysis.
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and due diligence processes.
  • Proficient in financial analysis software, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific trends and best practices related to mergers and acquisitions.
Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (CFA, CMA) is a plus.
