**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide administrative leadership to all health center staff.
  • Work in collaboration with the Behavioral Health Clinical Director for clinical supervision oversight.
  • Develop and implement programs that promote healthy behaviors and improve patient outcomes.

**Requirements:**

  • A minimum of five years of experience in a Behavioral Health office, with two years of personnel, program management, and electronic medical records.
  • Alternatively, a minimum of 5 years in a management position responsible for project management and employee recruitment, training, and development, with three or more years working in a Federally Qualified Health Center, hospital, or similar medical model.

**Salary:**

$84,800.00 per year, based on market research and industry standards.
