Your Responsibilities
As a Room Attendant at Kimpton, you will be tasked with maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms and shared spaces while delivering exceptional service to our guests.

Key Duties Include:
- Thoroughly clean, dust, and service guest rooms daily in accordance with hotel standards.
- Replace linens and replenish supplies in guest rooms, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Rearrange furnishings and room accessories as needed.
- Provide necessary amenities to guests based on the room specifications.
- Ensure rooms are left in a uniform arrangement as directed by the Executive Housekeeper and secure all doors.
- Report any damages, hazards, or unusual occurrences in your assigned areas.
- Return found items to the Housekeeping department, documenting details as required.
- Maintain cleanliness in corridors and service areas.
- Respond to requests from the Housekeeping management team.
- Ensure the security of pass keys and return them at the end of your shift.
- Restock and organize supplies for the next day.
- Communicate any exceptional circumstances to the on-duty supervisor.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

What You Bring
A High School Diploma or GED is preferred, along with at least one year of experience in customer service or a related field. You should possess strong problem-solving skills and a genuine concern for guest safety and security. Compensation
The hourly pay range for this position is $20.00 to $21.17. This range is applicable for roles performed in specific locations. Actual pay may vary based on factors such as education, qualifications, experience, and performance.
