Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Patient Care Specialist to join our team at CarDon & Associates. As a Patient Care Specialist - Restorative Nursing, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

About the Job

This is a full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary of $45,000-$55,000 per year, depending on experience. In this role, you will work closely with our nursing staff to deliver personalized care to residents who require assistance with daily living activities.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver quality care in a compassionate manner, promoting dignity and respect for residents.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Provide direct care to improve or maintain a resident's abilities according to their plan of care.
  • Record accurate information about resident care, conditions, and observations in the clinical record.
  • Respond promptly to call lights and report significant changes in a resident's condition to the Charge Nurse.
Requirements
  • CNA license required.
  • Prior experience giving personal care to impaired individuals in a healthcare setting preferred.
