Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dermatology Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch facial treatments, including dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, brow lamination, and lash lifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service to all clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively recommending and selling FACE FOUNDRI products.
- Maintain State Board Compliance: Ensure accurate and complete records are kept, adhering to state regulations and guidelines.
- Perform Services: Provide 40-50 minute facials, brows, lashes, and waxing services while maintaining a high level of hygiene and safety standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Esthetics License: A minimum of 2 years of working experience as an Esthetician.
- Advanced Dermaplaning and Chemical Peel Skills: Proven expertise in dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, eyebrow waxing, and tinting.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
