We are seeking an experienced Patient Education Trainer RN PRN to join our team as a Home Testing Specialist. This per-diem role requires clinical expertise and excellent communication skills to educate patients on using PT/INR equipment and reporting their results.

The successful candidate will remotely schedule training appointments with patients, travel to their homes for in-person demonstrations, and provide personalized instruction on equipment use and care. They will also ensure accurate documentation of patient training records and maintain effective communication with our team via secure email and phone.

To be considered for this role, applicants must have current Registered Nurse certification, experience in anticoagulation management or homecare, and proficiency in health education and basic computer skills. Travel requirements include driving a minimum of 100 miles roundtrip.
