Customer Care Coordinator Job Description

At Numotion, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Care Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of service to our clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support our Assistive Technology Professionals in evaluating client needs for customized wheelchairs and other rehabilitation equipment.
  • Schedule customer evaluations and delivery of wheelchairs to clients for multiple partners within Numotion.
  • Gather information and medical documentation needed to process orders.
  • Heavy data entry of order process documentation.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work cross-functionally within Numotion to ensure timely completion of order processing.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma/GED required.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Drive to provide best-in-class service to our partners and customers.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities without sacrificing a high level of service.
  • Strong time management with the ability to maintain team schedules as needed.
  • Basic understanding of health insurance.
  • Ability to work in a team setting as well as independently to prioritize duties in order to meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional client focus and a natural ability to build relationships.
  • Maintain a strong sense of urgency.
  • Paramount sensitivity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
