Position Overview:

The Talent Acquisition Lead plays a pivotal role in steering the recruitment efforts across various sectors, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership at the Department Level: As a vital member of the leadership team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of comprehensive talent acquisition strategies and best practices.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee and mentor a dedicated team of Talent Acquisition specialists, focusing on full-time recruitment for our technology, data analytics, and product divisions.
  • Internship Strategy Development: Spearhead the intern recruitment strategy, aiming to onboard over 200 interns annually.

Core Accountabilities:

  • Team Development: Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance management for your team, ensuring effective execution of recruitment strategies.
  • Recruitment Cycle Oversight: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technology, data analytics, and product roles.
  • Resource Allocation: Optimize the execution of talent acquisition strategies by managing resources and balancing workloads to meet hiring demands.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to identify current and future talent needs, crafting innovative sourcing strategies to attract top candidates.
  • Effective Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Drive enhancements in recruitment processes to boost operational efficiency within the talent acquisition function.

Who You Are:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, along with a minimum of 6 years in relevant roles, including at least 2 years in full-cycle recruiting.
  • Demonstrated formal leadership experience.
  • Extensive knowledge in sourcing, selection, interviewing, and hiring processes.
  • Strong relationship-building, consulting, influencing, and negotiation skills at all organizational levels.
  • A strategic thinker with robust analytical, project management, and presentation capabilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in recruiting for technology, data analytics, or product management roles.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement recruiting strategies effectively.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary ranges reflect targeted base salaries, with opportunities for bonuses based on performance. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including geographic location and experience.

Flexible Time Off (FTO) is available for salaried employees, allowing for paid time away from work for personal or health-related reasons.

This position may offer in-office, hybrid, or remote work arrangements depending on the candidate's location.
