Job Title: Behavioral Health Technician

Job Summary:

Greenbrook TMS NeuroHealth Centers is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Health Technician to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support in a clinical mental health setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer TMS or esketamine therapy, ensuring adherence to clinical guidelines and protocols.
  • Monitor patient wellbeing and clinical accuracy during treatments.
  • Review and administer psychiatric rating scales to benchmark treatment progress.
  • Identify and resolve patient discomfort issues using FDA-approved guidance and clinical provider directives.
  • Deliver exceptional patient care, demonstrating empathy and trust-building skills.
  • Record treatment session notes and documents in EHR, collaborating with team members and providers as needed.
  • Schedule patients and conduct checkout procedures, including collecting co-payments and relaying discharge instructions.
  • Maintain understanding of insurance and billing procedures to support related workflows.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred) and at least one year of experience in patient care or mental health office settings, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and EHR systems, preferably AdvancedMD and SalesForce.
  • Knowledge of marketplace insurance payers and medical necessity guidelines (highly recommended).
