- Utilize measuring instruments, commercial-grade mixers, and pastry bags to frost cakes with precision and speed.
- Prioritize cake pre-orders and frost cakes for walk-in guest orders in a timely manner.
- Ensure an adequate supply of samples and frosted cakes are available for guests in the bakery display case.
- Adhere to proper packaging, labeling, and storage of frosted cakes, as well as product rotation standards.
- Monitor inventory of frosting supplies and notify management when replenishment is required.
- Evaluate baked and frosted cakes to ensure compliance with Nothing Bundt Cakes standards.
- Clean, sanitize, and restock workstations, ensuring frosting supplies are prepared for the next shift.
- Comply with all health and safety guidelines and Nothing Bundt Cakes policies and procedures.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Previous experience in an operational support role at a bakery or restaurant is a plus.
- Ability to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on changing business demands.
