Job Opportunity at SusieCakes

We are seeking a skilled Pastry Baker/Cake Decorator to join our team at SusieCakes. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for managing and producing a wide variety of baked goods, including cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and pies.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage production and prepare a wide variety of standard and custom baked goods according to recipes
  • Mix, bake, build, decorate, and inscribe products in an efficient manner
  • Ensure all food is prepared, handled, and stored according to all required food safety code standards
  • Operate and maintain bakery equipment

Requirements:

  • One year of previous culinary experience, pastry/baking experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to work in cross-functional roles as needed (front-of-house & back-of-house)
  • Must have reliable transportation
