Job Overview

Experience Requirements:
  • A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in C4ISR projects, demonstrating significant contributions in two or more of the following Cybersecurity/Information Assurance (CS/IA) domains:
    • CS/IA Compliance
    • Software Assurance and Security Engineering
    • Systems Security Architecture
    • Systems Security Analysis
    • Computer Network Defense (CND) Analysis
    • Threat Analysis
    • Exploitation Analysis
  • Proven experience in leading efforts in one or more of the following CS/IA areas:
    • Engineering design initiatives to address current or potential challenges
    • Evaluating CS/IA technology deficiencies
    • Overseeing the design and implementation of CS/IA technologies
    • Providing leadership or support to Department of Navy (DoN) and/or Department of Defense (DoD) CS/IA working groups
    • Formulating and proposing innovative technical solutions to previously unaddressed CS/IA gaps, contributing significantly to future capabilities in the CS/IA Science and Technology field
  • Experience in mentoring and leading multiple teams or large groups
  • Expertise in assessing, analyzing, and offering recommendations for critical CS/IA capabilities, including Computer Network Defense, High Assurance, and Information System Security Engineering (ISSE) across various Navy systems
  • At least one (1) year of experience in Risk Management Framework (RMF) and related standards
Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Possession of one of the following certifications is preferred:
    • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
    • Information Systems Security Engineering Professional (ISSEP)
    • Information Systems Security Architecture Professional (ISSAP)
    • Note: Other advanced CS/IA security certifications may be considered
Security Requirements:
  • U.S. Citizenship is required
  • Active DoD Secret Clearance is mandatory
