By 1956, through innovative engineering, we literally reshaped pet care, introducing Dog Chow as the first extruded dry food. We re still at it today, with Tidy Cats, the lightweight cat litter champion of the world and Pro Plan Bright Mind, a breakthrough formula with enhanced botanical oils shown to promote alertness and mental sharpness in aging dogs. Such leadership requires constant innovation and renovation, which is so often rooted in engineering.As Engineering Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the engineering department at our Mechanicsburg, PA factory. You will help maintain and track spending logs for various capital projects across the factory. You will also process invoices and handle general accounting functions.Review and update capital spending reports for factory projectsCollaborate with engineering staff and accounting personnel to process project closing paperwork including invoices, receipts and paymentsAssist with preparing contracts, service agreements and purchase orders for capital projectsProcess and log material shipping requestsAssist plant environmental team with data entry and tracking for plant waste and energy use as well as permit renewals and file managementInteract cross functionally to provide support to engineering, maintenance, operations, safety, quality and accountingRequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent2+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, military or related environment.The approximate pay range for this position is $46,000 to $70,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
