Our Ohio-based management team, through our local clinicians, can respond to the needs of our patients in a timely and appropriate manner because we are local.We are also passionate about providing our employees the right tools to do their jobs effectively and provide the best hospice care in the Dayton, OH area. We don’t require high caseloads or unmanageable quotas, which gives our team more time with each of their patients. Provide appropriate pain/symptom management. Evaluates the patient’s response to treatments/medications Qualifications:Graduate of an accredited practical nurse or a vocational nursing program Three years of nursing experience. Community health, hospice or medical/surgical experience is preferred Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the practicing state Must possess current CPR CertificationDemonstrates good verbal and written communication, and organization skills Valid driver’s license with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state requirements Understands the philosophy of hospice concept and the needs of the terminally illText 6896 to (937)863-9487 to apply#ACHOS
