About the LPN Crisis Care Role:
The LPN Crisis Care position will cover the greater Montgomery and surrounding counties. This is a full-time night shift position, 8P-8A, every other weekend. In this role, you will be 1:1 with the patient at the bedside. These patients are actively declining. We provide superior care and services to patients at their end-of-life journey.
The Crisis Care LPN Essential Duties Are:
- Provide quality nursing care to patients in a manner that meets the patient and family needs, working under the direction and supervision of an RN.
- Provide superior clinical care to patients and their families.
Qualifications:
- LPN with the State of Ohio without any board actions.
- One year of nursing experience preferred.
- CPR Certified.
- Computer skills sufficient to properly document services and care.
- Ability to drive during daytime, nighttime, or inclement weather.
- Valid Driver's License with Safe Driving Record.
- State Minimum Automobile Insurance Coverage.
