Qualifications Bachelor s degree in health care administration, business or a related field. Master of Health Administration (MHA), Master of Public Health (MPA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred. Minimum three years of senior management experience in a health care organization required. Nursing Facility Home Administrator License in applicable state desired and may be required depending on facility needs.
