Position Summary:
The Senior Procurement Specialist is responsible for:
*Assembling bids for RFQ, negotiation with vendors, identifying and collaborating with key suppliers.
*Asset tracking , preparing summary reports for management- advanced Excel skills necessary.
*The Specialist will be working collaboratively with the Facilities Department and Project Managers on procurement needs for new project sites.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in business administration or related field and /or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- 3-5 years' of experience with Great Plains Procurement software (or similar) and asset tracking and inventory management software.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position. If you are hired at TrueCare, your final base salary (within the pay range), will be determined based on factors such as education, knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members when determining any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth. We also offer generous benefits and retirement plans.
