Ability to disassemble and assemble all parts of machines and support equipment according to the manufacturer s specifications. Work in a safe and professional manner demonstrating positive attitude and professional demeanor in the performance of daily workSQF Requirements: Maintain food safety and food quality through completing job tasks and maintaining the work area in a sanitary manner. Required to wear food safety/sanitation PPE (provided by company). This position necessitates conformance to personal hygiene regulations. Report food safety problems to personnel with authority to initiate action. Ensure all programs are being upheld and documentation is current.Qualifications: Working knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems. Must be able to assess all areas of machines and support equipment in Dairy facility. Be able to read basic electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints. Knowledge of hydraulic / pneumatic systems. Knowledge of boiler function and operation. 3-5 years
experience in maintenance divisions or experience in a related position.
