Our Stable and Very Successful Client Is Currently Seeking An EHS Manager For It's Ohio Facility. The Company Is Looking For Local Talent. The Right Candidate Must Have Previous Industrial Manufacturing Experience. This job will have the following responsibilities:
Assist with the development and maintenance of written process safety information identifying workplace chemical and process hazards, equipment used in the processes, and technology used in the processDevelop, implement, and maintain written safety, health & environmental programsInvestigate safety, health, and environmental incidentsReport on the performance of the environmental management system, including environmental performance, to top managementCoordinate environmental, health and safety policy with emphasis on protection of health and ecosystems as well as compliance with environmental and health regulationsCommunicate and assure compliance with Local, State & Federal staff on regulatory mattersWorking knowledge of safety and environmental codes, OSHA, DEP, EPA regulations, and other regulatory agencies (Lockout-Tagout, Electrical Safety, Ergonomics, Air Quality & Emissions, Energy Management, etc.)Experience with Lean Problem Solving (8D or A3), and Root Cause (5 Why Analysis)
Qualifications & Requirements:
