Corporate Payroll Garnishment Coordinator Purpose and Scope/General Summary: JBS is looking for a Payroll Garnishment Coordinator to join our Shared Services team onsite at our Corporate office in Greeley, CO. This person is part of the team processing garnishments, child supports, tax levies, etc. in the U.S. and Canada for 68,000+ team members. We are looking for a long-term team member to grow within the company and help us fulfill our mission of being the best in all that we do. Responsibilities:Organize incoming garnishment files: mail, email, online portalsSubmit and/or complete verifications of employmentResponsible for timely and accurate data entry of garnishment orders in SAPAnswer all garnishment documentation requests and respond to the agency/creditor Maintain garnishment documentation including scanning and saving all ordersEnsure garnishment payments are sent to the appropriate agencies or creditorsResearch checks received from agencies. Code checks for deposit and enter refund coding in SAP Provide customer service to employees, vendors, and our HR/payroll teams seeking informationMiscellaneous payroll tasks as assigned by supervisor/managerOther duties as assigned Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required 0-3 years of experience in similar rolePayroll knowledge preferredSAP, Excel knowledge preferredMust be able to maintain confidentiality and privacy in all aspects of the jobMust have attention to detail and high level of accuracy Must be highly organized, self-motivated, proactive, and dependableMust be able to multi-task various projects and tasksMust be able to communicate clearly and concisely to internal and external customersCan perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule; andBase salary range of $20-$22/hr; For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in states where it is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation for any given position, compensation ranges are specific to those states and takes into account various factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to a candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiencies for the role. This position does not have an application deadline.
