We are seeking an experienced Executive Director of Sales and Marketing to join our team at Brookdale Senior Living. This is a critical role that requires exceptional leadership, sales, and marketing skills to drive occupancy growth and revenue in our communities.
About the RoleThe Executive Director of Sales and Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive sales growth, improve brand awareness, and increase occupancy rates. This will involve leading cross-functional teams, building strong relationships with external partners, and leveraging market insights to inform business decisions.
This role requires a unique blend of sales, marketing, and leadership expertise, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, leading high-performing teams, and making data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to drive occupancy growth and revenue
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve sales and marketing objectives
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH EXTERNAL PARTNERS, INCLUDING RESIDENTS, FAMILY MEMBERS, AND PROFESSIONAL REFERRAL SOURCES
- Leverage market insights to inform business decisions and stay ahead of industry trends
- Maintain accurate records and reports on sales and marketing performance
- 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the senior living industry
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performing teams
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and software
- A competitive salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
