Key Responsibilities:

Cross-Department Coordination: Communicate seamlessly with various departments— from design to shipping— ensuring alignment and collaboration throughout the production process.

What We’re Looking For:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven leadership skills with a track record of developing talent and strengthening teams.
Strong planning and organizational abilities to manage resources effectively.
Excellent communication skills to coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
A strategic mindset with the ability to leverage continuous improvement tools.
