Framing Carpenter

We are seeking an experienced carpenter to join our team at D.L.K. Enterprises, Inc. as a key member in the organization's daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of projects.
• Develop and implement effective job site strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Provide daily operations oversight for small teams, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a lead or assistant carpenter, self-employed or otherwise.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with current building code requirements and regulations.
• Experience with rough framing, including construction of walls, roof, and floor truss systems, as well as finish carpentry, including installation of windows, siding, and flooring.
