Automated Inventory Control Associate

Primary Responsibility:The Automated Inventory Control Associate plays a vital role in maintaining an accurate record of inventory in an automated facility; Assists in preventing, researching, and resolving inventory discrepancies as well as analyzing data trends to identify areas for improvement and make corrective action suggestions.What You'll Do:o
Promote a safe work environment through personal actions. Identify and report on any safety concerns.o
Conduct regular inventory counts (i.e., cycle counts and full physical inventories). Record count results and discrepancies. Communicate count results to Management and/or the Customer as needed.o
Research and resolve inventory discrepancies across 3 Warehouse Management Systems in an automated facility including, but not limited to researching customer claims, cycle count for missing product, adjust inventory quantities, print labels, handle damaged inventory, disposing of inventory.o
Other inventory related duties as requested.What Experience and Education You Need:o
Must have High school diploma or general education degree (GED).o
Required one to three years of inventory control and warehouse experience or equivalent training and experience.o
Preferred experienced with multiple WMS systems and Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.o
Ability to act autonomously as needed.What Could Set You Apart:o

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.Physical Requirements:o
Requires the ability to sit or stand for long periods of time, with frequent interruptions.o
Requires several hours per day of sitting, getting up and down from chairs, and reaching, or bending.o
Requires manual dexterity with normal hand and finger movements for typical office work.o
Talking, hearing, and seeing are important elements of completing assigned tasks.o
May require travel by automobile and airplane for business.o
Facility operations temperatures between 38 degrees and -20 degrees.o
May carry loads related to travel and occasionally lifts, carries, positions, or moves objects weighing up to 55 pounds.o
Requires the use of various electronic tools.o
Requires the ability to relate to others beyond giving and receiving instructions: must partner with colleagues without exhibiting behavioral extremes.o
