Position Summary

The Benefits Coordinator will provide retirement and benefit support for University Health employees.  This professional prepares retirement calculations, conducts retirement meetings, processes and audits retirement reports. This expert will gain a working knowledge of applicable laws, and IRS limits pertaining to retirement plans.  The Benefits Coordinator also collaborates with other benefit team members on various initiatives and employee benefit enrollment.

Experience/Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field is required.
  • Two year’s recent experience in benefits and/or retirement experience preferred.
  • PC and windows experience to include spreadsheets, database management and word processing competence is required.
