Reporting to the Manager, Reporting and Decision Support, the Sr Analyst will design and produce standard and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, cubes, and various data visualization reporting solutions. Gather and document report requirements. Write report specifications to meet business needs. Use reporting tools, applications, and/or queries to create and configure new reports and dashboards. Perform modifications and enhancements on existing reports based on evolving business requirements. Validate and test reports to ensure accuracy and quality. May participate in the design and development of business intelligence reporting tools. May provide support and training to end-users for reporting tools and reports.
This role will sit under the Finance, Procurement & Supply Chain (FP&SC) Magenta Services group and will be part of a Shared Services Organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Gather moderately complex data inputs from multiple sources, both internally and externally. Run data queries from reporting tools, ensuring integrity of data and reporting.
- Partner with customers & stakeholders on the development and production of a wide range of reports. Ensure delivery meets agreed upon requirements.
- Identify and communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Responsible for the analysis, design, & testing of various enhancements & changes to reports or information portals.
- Complete moderately complex ad-hoc research, analysis, and reporting.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree - Finance, Information Management, Data Analytics or related field.
Work Experience:
- 2-4 years - Experience mining data and developing reports using a variety of reporting/analytics software packages with an aptitude for learning new reporting software packages.

Base Pay Range: $70,500 - $127,100
Corporate Bonus Target: 15%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
