Job Description Enterprise Product Owner MDM - PartyGBS Master Data ServicesThis is a full-time, exempt level position.Position Summary:As part of the GBS Master Data Services (MDS) team, the Enterprise Product Owner Master Data Management (MDM) - Party ("Product Owner") serves as the voice of the business and drives end-to-end processes and solutions supporting the build-out of customer and vendor data. The ideal candidate will work closely with the MDM Global Process Owner (GPO) and Solution Lead to prioritize the efforts for each product release and help frame the platform that makes handling data more efficient for all users. In addition, the Product Owner will partner with the GBS MDM team to analyze current ways of working, create and maintain accurate process documentation, and incorporate continuous improvement methodologies to maintain industry best practices. The job responsibilities of this role include:Translating requirements of the business into a clear format that drives system capabilitiesPrioritizing functionality based on business value and risksDefining and communicating the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for MDM Party, aligning with business goals and objectivesReinforcing the 1ADM program vision throughout the implementationReviewing, verifying, and signing-off on system features to ensure the solution meets the business needsPlanning and assisting in change management activities including creating training materials in partnership with the Organizational Change Management (OCM) teamChampioning the MDM processes to the businessTranslating the GPO vision into actionable tasks in collaboration with Solution DeliveryCollaborating with End-to-End (E2E) process teams, outside MDM, to define and/or solve for data requirements enabling business transactions, reporting, etc.Responsibility for completeness and accuracy of process artifactsMonitoring process health and maturity which includes defining KPIs and/or metrics for the customer and vendor domainThe successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:5+ years of ADM experience, or equivalent, working in a collaborative environment supporting business needs and IT delivery teamsDemonstrated ability to communicate appropriately to ensure team successStrong analytical, organization, time management, facilitation, and process management skillsAbility to manage priorities while adapting evolving individual and team assignmentsDrive consensus through collaboration across multiple parties with conflicting viewsProven ability to work in a team environment or independentlyMaintains a positive work environment through collaboration and conflict resolutionUnderstanding of MDM concepts, principles, and best practices, particularly in managing party master dataAdditional desired qualifications:Demonstrated experience handling multiple projectsFamiliarity with data governance, data quality, and data integration concepts and practicesExperience with MDM platforms such as Informatica and/or SAP MDGBackground in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations, specifically SAPTo ensure business alignment, the Enterprise Product Owner MDM - Party
