Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert technical support to clients, including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Maintain and update documentation to ensure accurate and timely information.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and staff through verbal and written means.
  • Monitor and maintain network connections to devices such as printers, switches, servers, and wireless access points.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related position, providing technical support, troubleshooting, and escalations in a school environment.
  • Proven experience with Windows 10/11, Apple/Mac Devices, Android Tablets, and Chromebooks.
  • Enterprise Management and Administration, including knowledge of Google MDM Infrastructure, Firewall, Switches, and Apps.
  • Google Admin Certification or equivalent experience preferred.
  • BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
