(Preparation, Molding, Enrobing, Packaging)Oversees the inventory inside their area of responsibility.Responsible for the presence of packaging/raw materials, semi-finished and finished goods for the successive shifts through the coordination with the person in charge of the production line. Knowledge of production lines and machinery (production performance indicators, technological processes)Knowledge of stock management and production modelsKnowledge of planning techniquesKnowledge and application of production performance analysis methodsKnowledge and application of Ferrero Safety, Quality and Sanitation policies and proceduresKnowledge and application of production KPI sWho we are looking for:4-7 years of supervisory experienceStrong communications skills in a multi-cultural environment.Demonstrated ability to direct production employees in an initiative-taking and positive manner.Demonstrated problem solving and leadership skills.Ability to troubleshoot technological problems.Demonstrated team building skills;Knowledge of production schedulingHuman resource management skillsAble to work with minimal supervision in a shift environment.Proficient with Microsoft Office tools; Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPointHow to be successful in the role and at Ferrero:Consumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do.
