Engineer
is r esponsible for o ptimiz ing products and processes by establishing process capabilities , required controls , and ensur ing adherence to standards through continuous verification. This role a ssists with site functional technical support across dosage formats as it relates to finding and implementing creative solutions that maximize value to our customers. The primary goal for th is position will be to assist in i mplement ing specifications and appropriate process g uard rails to ensure we deliver a reliable and repeatable process to Operation al team s .
Key Responsibilities
Critical contributions this role is counted on to deliver include:
Leverages data and an analytical mindset to draw insights on our products.Develops and e xecutes qualification and change management activities across the manufacturing network.Designs and executes experiments in both a laboratory and manufacturing setting.Works across all dosage formats and packaging to develop a fundamental understanding of engineering principles and their applications across our product portfolio .Participates in focused improvement activities as prioritized through respective dosage format teams . The ideal candidate is an engineer who is eager to learn multiple dosage forms , develop a foundation of engineering principles, an d continuously improve existing processes within nutraceutical manufacturing. Capabilities & Skills Required
In order to take on these challenges, you'll need to have:
Fundamental principles of unit operations pertaining to chemical process operations, manufacturing/packaging equipment, and processing/testing laboratory techniques.A firm foundation in chemistry, mathematics, pharmaceutics and/or food science.Solid foundation in oral and written communication skills.Results oriented and able to effectively organize and develop plans; prioritize and execute actions.The ability to make presentations and recommendations in assigned area .Use of hand-held data collection devices and instrumentation.4-year college or university degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or another related science field.OUR OFFERHere, career paths aren't predefined, and bureaucratic limitations don't exist -- you have the opportunity to grow, learn from industry pioneers, and develop the way you want to.
