DevOps Engineer

Insight Global is seeking a skilled Software Developer to join our Production Engineering team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining tools and fullstack applications that support network automation and intelligence efforts.

• Design and develop tools and applications to support network automation and intelligence.
• Integrate off-the-shelf products and develop custom solutions to meet internal needs.
• Create and maintain automation and API integration software.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline code deployment and integration.
• Set up and manage monitoring and logging systems to track application and infrastructure performance.
• Troubleshoot software errors and provide documentation and technical specifications to engineering staff.
• Contribute to long-range networking requirements and operational guidelines.
• Collaborate with architects, technology leads, and subject matter experts.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, system analysis, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in fullstack development, scripting, and software development.
• Experience with front-end frameworks and back-end technologies.
• System administration and certifications in Linux, Microsoft, or other network-related fields.
• Strong knowledge of the OSI model and virtualization.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing system strategies and plans.
