Provide ongoing leadership for Downers Grove's continuous improvement initiatives and participate in and help drive the 5S Program, kaizen events, standard work development, etc. Who will you work with...Site Director and Plant Leadership Team (Operations, Maintenance, Safety, etc.)Lead a team of 2 (HR Generalist and HR Coordinator)Future of the business (projects, implementations, etc.)Plant HR Managers from the rest of the networkHR specialists/COE (Compensation, Talent Acquisition, L&D, etc)What you will bring to the table... (Must Have)Bachelor's Degree requiredMinimum 5 years HR experience, with at least part of that experience in an industrial environmentDemonstrated leadership capabilityIt would be great if you have... (Nice to Have)Master's Degree - Human Resources Discipline is a nice plus.Experience as a people managerExperience in food manufacturing and/or consumer packaged goods manufacturingFamiliarity with Lean principles and initiatives, including 5S programs and standard work development.Compensation and Benefits:The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between$104,700-$150,500Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
