Key Accountabilities Partners with Functional Leaders to identify, prioritize, and align on a PI pipeline of upcoming initiatives PI Program/Pipeline Cadence Leader (cross functional, complex process improvement pipeline) Centerline Program Manager to ensure sustainable and improved process performance Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, or related field
5-10 years of job-related experience Proven success in leading cross functional teams, achieving results through others, and being a strong team player with the ability to organize and manage multiple time-critical and competing priorities
Proficient in managing relationships with diverse stakeholders including clients, team members and executives, to ensure project alignment with organizational goals
Strong leadership qualities to guide and inspire teams, foster collaboration, and drive project success Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear and effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and clients
Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and keep projects on schedule
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address issues promptly and find creative solutions to overcome obstacles
Ability to understand and analyze various business processes at both broad and deep levels
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Visio
Experience with project management techniques and practices
Preferred Qualifications
Process Improvement experience with industry standard approaches such as LEAN, Six Sigma, Agile, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, etc.
Change Management Skills (e.g., Prosci)
Change agent skills to systemically drive the use of process improvement methods for continuous improvement and change throughout the organization
Physical Setting Hybrid (corporate office, production floor, lab, on call for process emergencies
