Here, you will make an impact by:Exceeding Division Sales forecasts for assigned Key Accounts by developing, coordinating, communicating, and executing the sales and merchandising programs tied to division strategiesActs as a liaison between Key Accounts, National Accounts and all associated functions within Solventum Business Services OrganizationAnalyzes market spaces, sales data, market information and competitive entries to customize programs. Aligns assigned accounts business models to drive growth and market share gainDevelops and executes Key Account business plans that encompass all assigned businesses and aligns department expectations down to the local levelManages and executes on division deviated pricing programs to drive profitable market share growth. Communicates and utilizes salesforce to drive effective program executionWorks with DSOs, OSO, Large Group Practices, Strategic AccountsCompany VehicleThis position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position (if applicable)The Impact You’ll Make in this RoleBachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND five (5) years of combined experience in orthodontic industry experience in sales, national accounts, key accounts, marketing, and/or sales management in a private, public, government or military environment. Prefer Dental & Orthodontic experienceORHigh School Diploma/GED AND ten (10) years of combined experience in orthodontic industry experience in sales, national accounts, key accounts, marketing, and/or sales management in a private, public, government or military environment.
