The ideal candidate will provide administrative and clerical support to the plant management team, ensuring smooth communication and efficient coordination of tasks. This position plays a vital role in maintaining operational efficiency by handling various administrative duties, managing documentation, assisting visitors, and coordinating communication within the plant.  From your EXPERTISE to oursKey responsibilities for this position include:Greet visitors, handle incoming calls, coordinate and pick up lunches for guests, and respond to general inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.Provide administrative support to plant management and staff, including handling correspondence, preparing reports, and organizing meetings.Serve as the liaison between various departments within the plant, as well as external partners and vendors.Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring that the office is well-stocked and operational.Input and maintain accurate data in SAP related to Purchase Orders.Assist with the coordination of employee events such as picnics, fundraisers, community events, and other site celebrations. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by plant management.Distribute and ship mail and packages to respective parties and manage office supplies for office spaces and mailroom.
