Connect with your Talent Advisor for additional specifics.Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement and evaluate educational activities planning for an assigned service or population.Collaborate with nurse managers and staff to assess learning needs and competencies.Develop, implement, and evaluate educational plans/programs and utilizes methods, measurements and tools to evaluate achievement of learning goals.Identify and/or develop teaching tools and instructional materials.Keep records of educational activities and prepares reports.Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration:One or more of the following required:Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.BLS Provider.
