Elementary Education Specialist

Guidepost Montessori is seeking a dedicated and passionate Elementary Teacher to join our team. Key Responsibilities:- Lead a mixed-age Montessori elementary classroom (ages 8-10 years old) as a full-time classroom teacher
- Support students with small group and individual lessons, follow-up work, and real-world extensions in all content areas
- Collaborate with program experts to create lesson plans that provide customized rigor for every student
- Develop and maintain a classroom culture that values effortful choices and truth-seeking inquiry
- Communicate regularly with parents to ensure they have a clear understanding of their child's academic, social, and emotional progress
- Work closely with a team of educators to continuously evaluate and improve the classroom environment
