Are you up for the dare?This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.Position SummaryAs a Production Supervisor, you are responsible for the coordination of all functions regarding production planning, production output, equipment maintenance, management of people, quality, safety, and sanitation. You will plan and schedule work for personnel to meet the production and shipping schedules. In this role you will be required to be a problem solver that drives Continuous Improvement efforts across the plant.Direct supervision of hourly employees in the packaging departmentManage the packaging schedule to maximize output while minimizing costs including active participation in problem solving to achieve these resultsLead and motivate the team in achievement of department goalsEnsure finished products are consistently manufactured meeting prescribed standardsProvide safe working environment for employeesRequirementsHigh School Diploma or GED required2+ years
experience in a manufacturing, military, or related environment1+ years
supervisory experience in a manufacturing, military, or related environmentTheapproximate payrange for this position is $63,000 to $92,000.Please note that thepay rangeprovided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
