This role is ideal for a systems level design thinker who can operate independently with multiple stakeholders, tackle complex workflows, contribute to a collaborative and rigorous design culture. In this role, you will:- Be a critical thinker, partnering across multiple product teams, and making connections between products.- Evolve design partnerships to move upstream. The tools are evolving by automating laborious processes, building new game-changing platforms, and pushing the boundaries of predictive technology. The Amazon Web Services (AWS) Customer Experience (CX) team is seeking a talented and passionate senior user experience designer to join our growing design and research studio. In your day to day, you will partner with product and engineering stakeholders to tackle the challenging design problems that come with an ever-evolving, complex product ecosystem.
