Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experienceRequirements:High School diploma or GED.PHAT (Pharmacy Technician) certification from State Board of Pharmacy. Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT).Responsibilities:Refills and maintains automated dispensing systems and/or processes incoming prescriptions. Repackages bulk medications. May be responsible for sterile and non-sterile compounding. Fills medication carts on a daily basis and/or processes and fills prescription orders.Prepares orders and maintains inventory for the pharmacy department and/or assists with shelving and stocking of medicationsAudits medication inventory for expiration.Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
