Here, you will make an impact by:Providing effective control system solutions to a variety of new and existing automated process equipmentOptimizing control system architectureSelecting hardware and providing software to repair and maintain equipmentProviding oversite and training to systems technicians across multiple shiftsWorking in a team environment to successfully meet project milestonesYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:Associate’s degree (2-year) or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND three (3) years of experience working with machine control system design and commissioning in a private, public, government, or military environmentORHigh school diploma/GED (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND five (5) years of experience working with machine control system design and commissioning in a private, public, government, or military environmentAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or another relevant technical field (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institutionFive (5) years of experience working with machine control system design and troubleshooting in a private, public, government, or military environmentThree (3) years of experience with Allen-Bradley and/or Siemens controls systems and hardwareThree (3) years of experience with automation and/or roboticsWork location: Onsite in Flemington, NJTravel: May include up to 5% domestic and internationalRelocation Assistance: May be authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-being Solventum offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
