Some may include multiple concepts including hot food.Key Responsibilities & DutiesAssist with opening new locationsVisit, inspect and evaluate sushi bars to determine whether operation meets AFC standardsRecruit for prospective franchiseesConduct market researchOperate sushi bar until managed by franchiseeAssist the Regional Manager in all aspects of the AFC businessConduct schedules for chefs and/or Field SupervisorsMust be able to travel 50% of the timeQualifications & SkillsMinimum 4
