The Packaging Technician I position is responsible for the continuous and
trouble free
running of Lidder Machines, Palletizer Machines, or Label Spooler incorporated within the Cup Pack out processing department. Essential Duties Palletizer: Ability to read and understand daily production schedule Communicate with Data Clerks and Management about necessary materials and machine malfunctions Ability to hand palletize, follow pallet configurations, monitor number of pallets Understanding basic math and have clear handwriting Ability to diagnose issues within the Palletizer machine, to clear out cup jams and breakdowns, understand how to use the screen and g et machine back up and running Responsible for learning all aspects of Palletizer Machine, with the ability to teach others key primary adjustments Ability to identify product variation to set up machinery in a timely manner.
