Apply today for our RN Quality Coordinator opening and continue to learnJob Summary and QualificationsThis position supports the mission of The Medical Center of Aurora/Centennial Medical Plaza in optimizing the quality of life of all those served by expanding beyond the traditional focus on medical needs to the needs of the whole person. The Quality Management Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting performance improvement activities to include developing and supporting clinical product line quality initiatives according to the strategic plan at The Medical Center of Aurora/Centennial Medical Plaza. When need arises, will perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.What qualifications you will need:Current RN license. Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred.Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred.Minimum of two years’ experience in quality management with current knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standardsMinimum of five years acute care clinical nursing experience preferred and two years supervisory or management experience preferred. Special Qualifications: Must have the ability to design and develop performance measures, experience in data analysis and statistical processes, experience in providing education and presentations as well as policy and procedure development.
