About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled RN Quality Coordinator to join our team at HCA HealthONE Aurora. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and passionate nurse to make a meaningful impact on patient care and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sepsis program protocols and therapies to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Collaborate with medical and hospital staff to provide multidisciplinary care to patients with a diagnosis of sepsis.
  • Provide education and clinical expertise to care teams, patients, and families to improve patient outcomes.
  • Collect and analyze sepsis program patient data to inform clinical care and improve outcomes.

Requirements

  • Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multi-state Registered Nurse license.
  • ACLS and BLS certifications.
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred.
  • Three - Five years minimum experience in clinical nursing.
