E.S. Boulos has two divisions, offering both power line construction and commercial/industrial electrical construction, making it a full-service electrical provider. Essential FunctionsInterpret applicable construction drawingsAssist with the review of plans and specifications and prepare a checklist of contract features which require periodic attentionList items the sub-contractor must submit for approval prior to the start of the workAssist with cost estimates and project scheduling as neededEnsure maintenance of accurate recordsAssist with preparing statements of work, submittals, change management and necessary daily and weekly reportingPromote safety in construction operations and ensure compliance with safety requirementsInspect equipment, material, workmanship and finished constructionCheck progress of work in the fieldObserve work in progress to ensure that procedures are followed, and materials used conform to required specificationsRegular and predictable attendanceOther duties as assignedEssential functions of this position are to be performed in a Company-designated office or field locationUnderstand and comply with the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics Policy and other industry-specific professional and ethical standards, if applicable About You: QualificationsMinimum 1 - 3 years of experience in the construction process of commercial electrical operations or general construction experienceBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field; a combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.
